She participates actively in various medical organizations. Dr. Ila Gupta was the former President of East Delhi Gynaecology Forum. She's the vice-president of EDB and Indian Medical Association (IMA) and also a member of The Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India and National Association of Reproductive and Child Health of India.
